I am a warm, grounded, and supportive therapist who works with both women and couples. I believe every relationship—whether with a partner or with oneself—has the potential for growth and healing.

As women, we’re often expected to hold everything together in our many roles as partners, mothers, daughters, professionals, and friends. Yet beneath those roles can lie exhaustion, overwhelm, and the quiet ache of feeling unseen. I’m passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves and find healing through life’s many transitions.

As a couples therapist, I believe every relationship has the potential for growth and healing.

I have completed Level 1 of Gottman training and use gentle, research-based guidance to help partners feel seen, understood, and connected again. I create a safe space where couples can communicate more honestly, navigate conflict, and rediscover the joy in their relationship. Blending clinical skills with genuine care, I am dedicated to helping couples build stronger, more loving, and more resilient bonds.

I specialize in supporting women navigating challenges such as postpartum depression, anxiety, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), perimenopause, and menopause. I am deeply committed to working with women facing domestic violence, offering a safe, non-judgmental space to process trauma, explore relationship patterns, and reclaim their sense of self.

My clinical focus also includes working with attachment wounds, past traumas, and relationship stressors—even in relationships that aren’t abusive but still leave women feeling disconnected or alone. I enjoy working with women of all backgrounds and identities, including women in the LGBTQIA+ community and young women transitioning into adulthood (ages 18-22).

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together, we’ll explore your experiences, values, and goals so you can show up authentically in all areas of your life. My work is grounded in compassion, psychoeducation, and helping you clarify what truly matters to you. Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space where you can freely process your thoughts and feelings and begin your path toward healing.

I have specialized training through Postpartum Support International to be able to assist women through infertility, pregnancy and postpartum. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Western Carolina University. I have specialized experience and training in domestic violence support and in working with mothers navigating complex challenges.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or simply ready for change, I’m honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward hope and healing. I receive clinical supervision from Shawna Lauer, LMFT-QS.
