Insurance claims will be filed by our billing department. An estimate will be provided as to any applicable copays, coinsurance, or deductible amounts owed at time of service. Please note that the final determination of cost is set by your insurance provider. In the case an additional amount is owed upon receipt of a finalized claim, we will notify you of this change.
Our out-of-pocket/private pay fees are consistent with other mental health professionals in the area. Upon request, a Superbill can be provided to the client with the information needed for submitting to insurance. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, check or credit card and is due at the beginning of each session. HSA and FSA funds can also be used to pay for therapy.
