Together, we will challenge weight-centric health models and dive deep into the Health At Every Size (HAES) principles, shifting focus from weight to holistic health.

You’ll learn how to tune into your body’s natural rhythms with intuitive eating, reclaim your sense of body positivity, and unpack the societal pressures that distort your self-image. By the end of our group, you’ll have actionable strategies to reject harmful standards, embrace your authentic self, and cultivate a mindset of self-compassion and empowerment that supports both your mental and physical well-being.
