Led by Therapist Erica Ardern, LCMHCA
Join us for a unique therapy group designed to help teens explore and understand their emotions through the lens of Disney Pixar’s Inside Out and Inside Out 2.
Over six engaging sessions, participants will dive into the world of emotions, learning how to recognize, express, and regulate their feelings in a safe and supportive environment.
Each session will include:
-
An exploration of relevant scenes from the films tailored to the unique challenges of adolescence
-
Interactive discussions with peers guided by our group facilitator
-
Coping skills teens will actually use!
From understanding the roles of joy, sadness, anger, and fear, to navigating complex social emotions like embarrassment and envy, this group provides teens with the tools they need to build emotional resilience and a positive sense of self.
Whether your teen is looking to better understand their emotions, develop coping strategies, or simply connect with others who are going through similar experiences, this group offers a fun and insightful way to grow. Spaces are limited, so sign up today and help your teen embark on a journey of emotional discovery!
