Life's most meaningful transitions can also be the most challenging. Whether you're navigating infertility, pregnancy loss, the transition to parenthood, chronic illness, an eating disorder, or the effects of trauma, these experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating. My goal is to provide a compassionate, supportive space where you feel understood and empowered to move toward healing.
I specialize in reproductive and maternal mental health, with a focus on infertility, miscarriage and pregnancy loss, perinatal and postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and integrate evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to help clients process difficult experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with their strengths.
My approach is informed not only by my clinical training but also by my lived experience with endometriosis. While every client's story is unique, I understand the emotional complexities of navigating chronic illness and reproductive health challenges. This perspective deepens my commitment to providing care that is both clinically grounded and genuinely compassionate.
Eating disorders and body image concerns are also a core area of my practice. I support individuals who are healing from disordered eating, chronic dieting, body image distress as well as movement that no longer feels joyful or flexible. My approach is grounded in Health at Every Size® (HAES®), body neutrality, and self-compassion, recognizing that healing is about more than changing behaviors—it's about transforming your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
I believe therapy is a collaborative relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion. Together, we'll work to understand the experiences that have shaped you, process difficult emotions, and develop tools that support lasting healing—not just symptom relief. As an EMDR-trained therapist, I help clients process traumatic or distressing experiences that may continue to impact their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to be your whole self, cultivate self-compassion, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and whole. Whatever it is that brings you into my office, I am honored to hold space for you to show up exactly as you are.
Outside of therapy I love to read, spend time with my family, friends and hang out with my dog, Vera.
