If you’re a woman experiencing a life change, stress, depression, anxiety or trying to heal from trauma, I am here to help.

Life can be exhausting, confusing and sometimes disappointing. As women, we sometimes get so busy fulfilling duties that we forget to take care of the things that are most important – our mental and physical health. I believe in the importance of having a trusted person with us to help in our journeys toward finding balance, inner peace and strength. I’d like to be that person for you.

My training with Postpartum Support International paired with my EMDR training helps me serve women who have experienced birth trauma or reproductive trauma also known as infertility. Often not spoke about, the pain and suffering we experience as women surrounding these issues needs a space. My goal is to provide you with a safe and comfortable place to relieve this trauma so you can have mental wellness and peace.

My experience as a therapist has been in helping women heal from traumatic pasts and in helping women navigate their way through difficulties in their day to day experiences including the challenges of managing their work-life balance, relationships, parenting and boundaries. My experience has also been in assisting the women I’ve worked with find ways to not just experience their lives, but to enjoy them.

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with specialized training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I received my undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s Studies from Winthrop University in 2014 and my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University in 2017.
