Life can get difficult sometimes. It’s okay to feel overwhelmed and anxious. It’s okay to feel down and to not enjoy the things you used to enjoy, even when you’re around your friends and loved ones.

If you’re beginning to recognize that you’re not happy with your life or that you are not living the life you intended to live, YOU ARE NOT ALONE, and I’m happy your search for help has brought you here.

As a therapist, it is my goal to help you rediscover your life’s balance. I want to help show you that no matter the challenges you face in your life, YOU ARE ENOUGH, you are deserving of healing and you are worthy of happiness.

I became a therapist dedicated to helping women because I’ve struggled with my own share of anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships with loved ones and friends, and trauma and I know so many women who are struggling with similar issues in silence. Oftentimes, as women we have to be “strong” and we don't have the time or space to be vulnerable because there are so many things to accomplish.

Our fears, traumas, anxieties and desires get pushed to the backburner as we pour our time and energy into our family, friends and careers.  But who pours into you?

If you asked yourself that question and realize that in your relationship you’re giving and giving, but what you’re giving is not being reciprocated, I am here to help.

If you asked yourself that question and realize that you’ve never had someone pour into you because you built walls around yourself because of past abuse, neglect, or trauma, I am here to help.

If you ask yourself that question and realize you’ve poured all you have into your fertility or parenting journey and that you have nothing left to give and you feel guilty for needing someone to pour into you, I am here to help.

You don’t have to carry the weight of your journey alone. I am here to help with

  • Trauma (physical, emotional, sexual, spiritual, racial, neglect)

  • Infertility

  • Identity and Culture

  • Parenting

  • Unhealthy relationships (family, friend, and intimate partner)
